加拿大渥太华大学开设陈式实用拳法

关于 陈中华加拿大弟子谭华沾

James Tam (譚華沾/谭华沾) 陈中华加拿大早期入室弟子。退休的加拿大政府研究科学家。住在加拿大渥太华首都。兴趣是研究陈式太极拳实用拳法的教学和实践。 James Tam (譚華沾/谭华沾) is a retired research scientist and formerly with the Communications Research Centre (CRC), the primary Canada federal government research lab for research and development in advanced telecommunications. His expertise is in applied human vision research (Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology, York University, Toronto). James Tam has some background in the Japanese martial arts (Karate and Aikido) and in Wu-family Taijiquan. His study and training in the Chen-Style Xinyi Hunyuan Taijiquan and Qigong System as well as in the Chen-Style Taijiquan Practical Method System began with his Shifu, Master Chen Zhonghua, in Ottawa, March 1998. Nowadays, he is interested in research that is aimed at improving our understanding of the underlying principles, concepts, methods and techniques encompassed in teaching, learning and training the skills sought for under the Hunyuan and the Practical Method systems of Taijiquan.
