You can all watch.  It’s just like a private lesson for you.

So what is leading…hold it.  Hold it and come this way.  Ok stay there.

After that this move here, I am leading this with this spot.

So on the body, we lead with the Finger on the way Out.

We lead with the Elbow on the way In.

And when you’re doing this…this is not Leading.

And this is not Leading yet.

So if you go away, stay, stop.  So it’s already tight, if I try to do this, this is not leading.

I could lead here…but while I am doing this, I have something tight, there is no lead.

Now can you, this is the equivalent of when I say something has to come out.

So right now this is the status quo, this is the way it is.  But something has to come out of it.

So now you understand the idea of the third point is that these 2 points do not move and the third point will create tension.  Like that (Rubber cord vibrate in middle).

Can you feel, right now your two anchors are held by us, he’s creating a third part, third dot.

When you want to do that, now can you remember that feeling? You try that yourself.

If it’s not coming out, because your body, your power stops here.

So you need to lead by training it.

So now you pull me a little bit.  Give me a direction.

So you train yourself to isolate.  Until a third dot comes out.

Every person naturally can create 2 dots.  And either you can say that’s why or resultive of us being bipolar.

We are a human being that is created on this axis here.  And there is half on this side and half on this side, and in Chinese we call it Taiji.

It means polarised. It’s on one side and another side.

So we have one eye here one eye here.

One nostril, one nostril.

And unfortunately, there is only one mouth.

At this level, we’re physically creating one.  Later on we’re projecting one.

This is very very important.

So now you understand?

This is what you need to do in 3 months.

If it comes out, it’s very very easy.

Just to get 4 of those rubber cords and pull until your elbow can hold it.  At the beginning you feel the cord is too light, you’re pulling like this.  You’re not creating it.  Until it’s very very strong.  You can only use your fingers to hold on to it or tie it on in a special knot or special way, so that actually you’re yanking it.  Instead of just grabbing it.

So you see it now?

So Clinton continue.  This is No.1.  Stand here.

Ok.  Stop.

我们在这阶段,就是正在创造。过后就是影出来。这是非常重要。了解?这是你3个月后的功课。

你用4条橡皮带,拉着到你的手肘可以撑住。起初你感觉皮带很轻,因为你是这样拉。

你做到力大为止,就只用手指拉着或帮个解锁,到你有劲来拉,而不是抓着。
