Ok, so keep talking.
So this demarcation point from here…
it’s… a little bit lower, I’m too short. So this sets the demarcation. When Lou pushes me here, I regard this line here as the demarcation. So everything on my side here cannot go towards him, it has to go backward. backward towards my rear foot. Only in front here… this is another demarcation, so this line is very thick… this stick where he’s holding me… This part can go forward. Can you see when I do that, it sends tension to his back.

This goes backward. So I created a larger split here. In the end, I increase it in…with here. So if I send this here, this is called a push. I’m pushing him. If I am deficient, I’m going back and did not go forward, that’s a loss of energy. We can not… Push is called a jam. So we cannot jam, we cannot lose. So lock him with this one here, and this one goes forward, this backward, the power is how much you can generate in the void. Not there, not here, add here.

So this one here must go forward, this one here must go backward, with…in between there, there’s a demarcation, your power must be proportional like that. In reality, you do this you’ll fall down. So what you do is, this one aims your opponent… usually the hand is lower… aims towards your opponent’s chest, so it slightly goes like that. And this one here if it goes back, you also will fall down. it goes slightly towards the floor. So you have this shape. So that’s what we try to do. And don’t turn. All the turning is allowed, as long as you don’t turn. So, let me explain what that means.
So this is your demarcation. We do it larger for you to see. Are we still there? I’ll wait… are you recording? Yeah…it’s…
So now, I draw this little box, we consider this the contacting point. I drew it larger so you actually can see. It’s a dot, invisible, on your body. So when you’re being touched, the front… so I’m standing here… the front of you, assuming your hand is fairly low, should go like this. Aiming at your opponent’s chest area, on the centerline somewhere here. And, depending on the situation, you can also draw something like this.

Depends on how you perceive that artistic rendition. Towards either here, throat, nose, this line here. And over here… so that’s why I draw a box… so whatever you do here to justify the connection here… but we within here, you connected inside here. and over here… and if I do this one here… it goes to your foot.
So, if that one is like that to make it more like a Taiji like, it goes like this. So this one slopes… again, too many curves here… Slopes forward to touch your opponent’s center on the chest. This one pushes downward to your rear foot. And we think, visually and physically, we think this one is fairly easy, this one’s difficult. in reality, this one is very difficult, this one is very very difficult. Because you have to send your energy up, but you cannot… so this here I… the arrows I drew, it means your energy has to move, but it cannot move.

It means it cannot move off that line, and that’s a tremendous job. To send the energy requires one action, it requires one million actions to ensure it does not fall off that trajectory. So moving backward, again, is very easy, towards your rear foot. To ensure that line is not broken, will take… I don’t know how many million, but in reality is 10 – 15 years of work. So the first 3 years, you can do this right. And the second 3 years reaching to 6-7 year mark, you can do a little bit of this here. To do it clearly, like, I’m not even there. That has to be a clear path you feel, a rod that moves but does not move. Like a train inside you, going like this.

Like that, hitting your opponent and the floor at the same time. so this is the job of that move. It’s not a particular movement, it’s not a technique, this is called a… an action concept. It’s a concept about particular types of action. And then little things of finger going here there, those are called… and these belongs to… techniques. And this is a concept. so so this is number 3, this is the second type. The first the type is always a principal. The principal is subdivided into bigger ones, Universal ones, sections, and smaller ones.

So you might have smaller principles we would say a rule. So roughly these are the three layers of things we do. So all of these are Under the biggest the principle which is everything has to be divided into Yin and Yang. So when you look at a technique, you look at a concept, they must… the actions described there must result in whatever you’re doing divided into yin and yang.

If your particular action does not do that, then it is not a part of Taiji. And it is allowed that you don’t see why it is a yin yang separation. Until 5 -10 years later you realize oh okay, at that point I did not understand it. But… so it’s okay not to understand it, but it’s not ok that in the future, after 30 years you realize that action has no yin yang in it. And how do we know? Because we cannot predict the future, remember? last night, it says future is an illusion, past is a delusion. What do we do?

We have very small things to verify, to tell you. Things you… you cannot say for sure is wrong…because… What’s your name? (Jan) Jan, you know for sure it’s wrong when I call you Jackie. So when you’re not sure, but you don’t think it’s right, those could be that you will know later. I when I say sure, it means sure. Now, when I say sure it means sure, there are two ways.
1 is you are sure, 2 is you are sure because you are sure. The 1st ones you are sure based on the second level certainty. 2nd level, two layers. First one is first layer, you, at this stage, I assume your parents already passed away. (yes) So if that’s the case, the fact that your name is Jan is 1st level. For you, there is no more change. But if your parents are still alive, one day they might say: in reality, we named you Jackie. But a fortune teller said Jackie is not good for you, we have to call you Jan. But in our mind, we give birth to Jackie.

So there is no more possibility, so this is the 1st level certainty. 2nd level certainty is… what is her name? You are pretty sure, 100%, but that certainly is in your head, not in her head. You know for sure her name is Jan. So you know for sure, but we might run into her, and with a picture, and say: you look like the person in that picture, what’s your name? You might say, Jackie. So, we, at the very beginning must be 1st level. And if it’s the 2nd level, don’t learn it yet. Do you understand? You have…it’s..it’s.. you know it’s like I already told you don’t go to not to go to a bar, that’s 1st level. But 2nd level means your friend says but last time we went to a bar with Master Chen. And there are 3 of them telling you that. And you said, well…
