This is my first contact with Tuishou, although i can not see what technics they were employing it was impressive to realise how tough it is. The strenght they have i couldn’t even barely make an idea about it before i tried with Zili. The practice environnement is safe but due to the martial nature of it, one should be careful and be very prepared physically to avoid the posibility to be injured when falling down on the floor. I was quite excited and nervous willing to try a bit more. That was my young feeling heart desiring to have a bit more “fun” but my 44 years head was telling me that it was enough for the first time I enjoyed a lot, had a great experience and willing to have more but according to my age, level, skills and experience. I will take it easy but with sharp focus on trying and praticing the técnics that Master Chen teached us today. Great night of Tuishou ¡!! Enviado desde mi iPad
